Account Order Strategy Updates - Pacifica

Refer to Websocket for establishing the websocket connection. Sends one event each time an order strategy changes its lifecycle or phase. To see the strategy’s full state, call Get order strategy. Orders and fills from a strategy also arrive on Account order updates and Account trades.
