# Market
> Execute at available market prices when you want to enter or exit promptly.
A market order executes immediately at the best available prices. It is filled against the order book up to your **Max Slippage** setting (the default is 3%). Any part of the order that cannot be filled within that slippage is cancelled. You can also add take profit and stop loss orders with **TP/SL**.
